Once you have placed an order with us, you will be assigned a dedicated Brand Ambassador to guide you through the process until your delivery has taken place and you are 100% satisfied with your new car.
No question is too big or too small for our Manufacturer Accredited Brand Ambassadors and our team are available 7 days a week, so you can transact with complete peace of mind.
Every car we sell is covered by our 7 day exchange guarantee. This means that you can exchange your car for another one if you're not happy with it – giving you extra peace of mind.
If you want to exchange your car, simply let our team know and return your car to us before the end of your seventh day of ownership. For example, if you bought your car on a Sunday, you would have until the following Saturday to let us know and return it to the dealership from where it was purchased. (Subject to T&Cs)
